Takumi Okumura has been created to enable our guests to fully enjoy the gentle passing of time and the beauty of the seasons.
 
Chef Okumura’s extensive collection of dishware enhances the natural beauty of the seasonal cuisine.
The metamorphic serving table was specially designed by Hisanobu Tsujimura to enable a myriad of culinary presentations.
 
 
Freshly baked walnut, fig, and sesame-seed bread is provided for both lunch and dinner. Meals are consummated with exquisite cakes and pastries baked in accordance with both the seasons and the selected menu courses.
